For purchases from our web site we offer a three (3)
day inspection period. We accept returns of unaltered items within three calendar
days of delivery (72 hours). Buyer takes full responsibility to contact us by
e-mail within 72 hours of delivery if not completely satisfied. We do not refund
shipping & paypal fees.
Although we strive to ensure accuracy in our descriptions,
if we make a mistake or inadvertently misrepresent an item please let us know so we can make the necessary changes. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.
ANTIQUE FIREARMS & EDGED WEAPONS:
All guns are sold as collectibles and are not warranted
for shooting. We do not sell antique guns or reproduction guns to minors, convicted
felons, or other persons who are not eligible to buy a modern firearm.
You must comply with state & local laws: Buyer is responsible for complying with all state & local laws concerning weapons
purchase and ownership.

PAYMENT:
Payments accepted by cashiers check, money order,
Western Union and Paypal. We accept personal checks, however, please allow ten
(10) business days for your check to clear prior to shipping. California
residents must pay sales tax.
SHIPPING:
Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance fees. If you request UPS your purchase must be sent to an actual address,
not a P.O. box. We use USPS Media Mail for our book sales to reduce your shipping
fees. If you would like your purchase expedited we have several options available at an additional
charge. We will gladly combine items to save shipping costs as long as the items can be shipped together.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please do not ask us to falsely declare that an item
is a gift. Our customs forms record the exact amount of the sale.
Payment for international sales is in U.S. dollars. If using paypal we will only ship to a paypal authorized address.
